Martyn Campbell (born 17 January 1981 in Irvine, Scotland) is a Scottish footballer who currently plays as a centre back for Ayr United.

Campbell signed for Ayr on 1 July 2005, on a free-transfer from Irvine Meadow, when former Medda boss Rab Reilly became the assistant manager to former Honest Man Robert Connor. Martyn Campbell went on to make his Ayr debut against Stirling Albion at Somerset Park.

Campbell is the longest serving player at Ayr United by two years.

Personal life[edit]

Campbell's brother Mark Campbell, who plays for Irvine Meadow, had also played for Ayr previously, after signing from Stranraer.
