Alex was a fictional character on the CBS soap opera The Young and the Restless played by actor Nick Chastain for a short time in August 2004 and again in July 2006. He befriends Kevin Fisher and Daniel Romalotti.
Character history
Alex first appeared in 2004 when Kevin Fisher, along with his friend Daniel Romalotti, approached him with a plan to try to hurt Lily Winters. The two did not want Alex to seriously harm Lily. Kevin wanted to save Lily from Alex, so it would look like Kevin was a hero. Alex went against the original plan and attempted to rape Lily after slipping her the date rape drug. After being found out, he left town. Alex soon returned to blackmail Daniel and Kevin, but he left town again after a confrontation with Daniel's mother, Phyllis Summers, and her then-boyfriend, Damon Porter.
Alex reappeared in 2006, asking for money to keep quiet about Kevin and Daniel's plot. The boys paid him off, but Alex continued blackmailing them until they gained blackmail material on him with the help of Kevin's mom, Gloria Fisher, and his employee, Jana Hawkes. Thus, Alex is forced to leave town again for a third time.

In Fall 2004, Lynne was out of a job when Paul closed his practice. He teamed up and went to work as an investigator at the Baldwin and Blair Law Firm with Michael and Christine. Character history
Chase arrived on the scene when Jill Foster Abbott and Katherine Chancellor hired and paid him to get Nina Webster out of Phillip Chancellor III's life. Sean Bridges is a fictional character on the CBS soap opera The Young and the Restless played first by Christopher Douglas (2001), and then David Lee Russek (2001–2002).
Character history
According to Sean, he dropped out of MIT as an 18 year old junior, and began traveling the country for five years with a backpack as his only possession. He stopped long enough to get involved on the ground floor with a web company and made a killing on his stock options before the company made their down fall. He lived in a 35 room Long Island Victorian mansion, filled with great art, furniture from around the world, and all the "toys." When he realized that he was living to maintain his possessions instead of enjoying his life, he left it all behind and took a job in Genoa City. At some point along the way he had a relationship with Phyllis Summers.
Sean arrived in Genoa City coincidentally to replace Phyllis Summers as Jabot Website Designer, complete with nose ring and laid back wardrobe. He lives in a high rise apartment with no furnishings but a card table, two chairs and a futon, in an attempt to return to a minimalist way of life from his younger years. But he does still keep a Picasso in the closet. Sean seems to have a lot of connections in his past, counting entertainers Lionel Ritchie and B.B. King among his friends.
The mysterious Sean seemed to have scoped out the options and chose "older woman" Jill Foster Abbott as his companion. While Jill remained wary of this hot younger man and his motives, he managed to sweep her off her feet. Sean was a good influence on the embittered Jill, showing us a bit of the fun-loving innocent woman she once was. Sean moved in to the Chancellor Estate and lived with Jill. But Sean pressured her to get married, and Jill balked one too many times. Sean quit Jabot and returned to New York City.

Lauralee "Lorie" Brooks (formerly Prentiss and Hollister) is a fictional character on the CBS soap opera The Young and the Restless, played by original cast member actress Jaime Lyn Bauer from the series debut on March 26, 1973 to 1982. The character returned two other times, in 1984 and 2002.
Character history
Lorie Brooks was the birth daughter of Bruce Henderson and Jennifer Brooks. Stuart Brooks was her legal father. In 1973, Lorie and Mark Henderson were engaged to be married. Bruce Henderson was Mark's father, and he unknowingly was also Lorie's father. Lorie and Mark canceled the wedding upon learning they were half-siblings. Jennifer, Lorie's mother, had an extra-marital affair with Bruce, which produced their daughter, Lorie, while she was married to Stuart Brooks.
Lorie was friends with Jed Andrews. He truly loved her, but she only had eyes for Brad Elliot at the time. Leslie Brooks, who was Lorie's half-sister through their mother, and Lorie first fought over Brad and then later Lance Prentiss. A triangle stretched into a square when Lance's sea captain brother, Lucas Prentiss, arrived. Lucas was the youngest of Vanessa Prentiss' two sons. Despite Vanessa's plotting, she couldn't keep Lorie away from her boys. Vanessa strongly disapproved of Lance's relationship with Lorie, but Lorie and Lance got married anyway. The marriage ended in 1978.
Vanessa tried to shoot Lorie in 1977. Jill Foster managed to seduce Stuart Brooks, but Stuart's children saw Jill as a gold digger. Their interferences nearly ruined their relationship. However, Jill was able to fake a pregnancy and marry Stuart. A short time later, Jill focused her attention on Derek Thurston and divorced Stuart, as he moved on with Jill's mother Liz Foster.
When Lance and Lorie reconciled in 1981, Vanessa committed suicide by jumping off her balcony. In reality, she had just found out that she had a terminal illness, and she framed Lorie for her murder. Soon after, Lorie decided to battle her sister for the custody of her sister's son, Brooks Prentiss.
Later, Lorie got caught up in a love triangle between new Genoa City business Victor Newman, his wife Julia Newman and Brock Reynolds. Lorie began an affair with Victor as Julia began an affair with Brock. Julia admitted to Victor that she was falling in love with Brock, but she and Brock were not lovers. Julia agreed to break up with Brock only if Victor would commit completely to their marriage. Victor was not convinced and turned to Lorie for attention. Later on, Brock caught Victor and Lorie kissing, so he tried to resume his romance with Julia. Brock finally left town because of Julia's inability to end her marriage to Victor. However, Julia ended up leaving Victor after her affair with photographer Michael Scott.
Around the same time, Victor acquired Lori's ex-husband's company, Prentiss Industries. In 1982, Lorie and her ex-husband's brother, Lucas Prentiss, came up with a scheme that Lorie would seduce a newly single Victor into marriage and then, just before the wedding, convince him to sign over to her the controlling stock shares in Prentiss. It worked. Before the ceremony, Victor handed Lorie a document that gave her control of Prentiss Industries. Shortly thereafter, Victor searched for Lorie who had suddenly disappeared. Instead, he found a letter from Lorie, with her engagement ring, informing him that she wasn't interested in marrying him. Despite the scheme, Lorie did seem to fall in love with Victor. However, she packed her bags and arranged a meeting with Lucas before leaving town. To Lucas' surprise, Lorie announced that she had won control of Prentiss Industries from Victor and was returning the company to not Lucas, but his brother and her one-time husband, Lance Prentiss. Lorie left Genoa City soon after.
In 1984, Lorie Brooks returned to Genoa City briefly to see Nikki Reed and Victor marry. Over the course of the next two decades, Lorie married Maxwell Hollister. In 2002, Victor learned that a hostile takeover was threatening Julia Newman Martin's design firm, Martin Designs, so he dropped everything to go to Lake Forest, Illinois. They met with Lorie's husband, Max Hollister, although Victor had no idea that he was Lorie's husband, nor did Max know that his wife had any connection to Victor. Max refused to accept Victor's offer to help out Julia with her company by buying all the stock in Martin Designs, even at ten percent over the value. Before Hollister could leave, Victor promised to create a similar design division at Newman Enterprises and put Julia in charge of it, which would attack Hollister's company at its weak spots and run him out of business. Soon after, Max tried to publicly destroy Victor. He later learned of Lorie's past with Victor when she confronted him in Genoa City about signing divorce papers. Max ended up getting Lorie involved in a dirty scheme that involved breaking up Victor and Nikki, as they prepared for their next wedding. Max had Lorie invite Victor to her hotel room with a sexy note signed by Nikki. She had seduction in mind and a camera feeding the television in Max's adjoining room, where Max was treating Nikki to a private lunch.
Once the day came, their plan was enacted and seemed to go as planned. As Lorie and Victor reminisced, and he ended up apologizing to her for the way he treated her. Lorie was so overwhelmed by his sincerity after what she had done to him that she couldn't even turn on the camera. Max got tired of waiting and dragged Nikki into Lorie's room in time to catch Lorie and Victor in a parting hug. Nikki and Victor both realized it was a setup. Nikki walked out, leaving Victor there to threaten them both. After Victor left, Max and Lorie fought, and Lorie felt ashamed that she ruined her relationship with Victor for nothing. Lorie left town soon after, and Victor and Nikki finally remarried in September 2002, with Max sending them flowers.

Wesley Carter is a fictional character on the CBS soap opera The Young and the Restless played by actor Ben Watkins from August 26, 2002[8] to January 20, 2004.[9]
Character history
When Drucilla Winters returned to Genoa City from Paris with her rebellious teenage daughter Lily, Dru's boyfriend Wesley, a psychiatrist, appeared when Lily called him to take her and Dru back to Paris. After Lily persuaded Wesley to fly out to Genoa City, Dru was surprised by Wesley's arrival. Wesley then met and introduced himself to Dru's ex-husband, Neil Winters, who was dealing with his alcoholism issue. Wesley tried to convince Neil to let Lily and Dru move back to Paris. During this time, Neil's companion, Serena, asked Wesley for help in keeping Neil and Dru apart. Wesley later told Neil about Serena's feelings for him. Wesley began questioning Dru about her feelings for Neil. When Neil insisted he and Dru should live together for Lily to have a sense of family, Wesley wasn't happy about the idea other than Lily having a real family; then, Wes proposed to Dru.
In order to keep Wesley out of his way of getting back with Dru, Neil asked Dru's sister, Olivia, to keep Wesley busy. Wesley started to realize the extent of Dru's feelings for Neil by the end of the year when she changed her mind about spending the holidays with Wesley in Paris. She later told him she and Lily were moving in with Neil. Even though he and Dru were growing apart, Wesley remained close with Lily and occasionally gave her advice for her problems. Wesley decided to stay in town despite his separation from Dru.
When Olivia and Wesley confided in each other about their relationship situations, they became close and began a romantic relationship. Afterwards, Wesley and Dru officially ended their relationship. Olivia was afraid of moving too fast with Wes, but he later surprised her with a candlelight dinner and explained he wanted a chance to be with her. Months later, Wesley proposed to a hesitant Olivia, who weeks later, finally accepted his proposal. While in town, Wesley helped Christine Blair by hypnotizing her after she presumably had killed Isabella Brana, who was actually alive. After a few months, Olivia and Wesley called off their engagement, and he moved back to Paris.

Then, the role was played by Chris Hebert from November 1981 to December 1982. Bierdz returned again between February 9, 2011 to May 30, 2011.
Character history
Phillip III is the son of Jill Foster and the late Phillip Chancellor II. He was born onscreen in December 1976 and appeared as a toddler by 1978. In 1982, Jill began seeing John Abbott and introduced Phillip to John, making both John and Phillip uncomfortable around each other. Later that year, Phillip acted out, forcing Jill to send him to boarding school. In the following year at Christmas time, on behalf of her mother, Liz Foster, Jill called Phillip at boarding school; he told her he did not want to spend the holidays with her.
In 1986, the Phillip III's character was aged to a teenager, and he returned to town after Jill was shot. After Jill recovered, Phillip stayed in town but was resentful about the lack of time Jill spent with him while he grew up. Months later, Jill and her enemy, Katherine Chancellor, fought over Phillip while he dealt with his alcohol addiction. He also became the center of a love triangle between best friends Christine Blair and Nina Webster. After seducing him while he was drunk, Nina became pregnant with Phillip's son, Phillip Chancellor IV, also known as Chance. Phillip III then married the mother of his child, Nina. The stress of being a father, husband, and the son that Jill and Katherine wanted led Phillip to rely on his alcohol. While drunk, he got into an car accident and "died".
In 2009, Phillip III returned, revealing he staged his death because of all the stress in his life and to keep his homosexuality a secret. During his absence, Phillip sent his friend, Cane Ashby, to Genoa City as a replacement son of sorts for his mother and to fill the void he left behind for his family. When their ruse was discovered, Phillip attempted to form a relationship with his son, Chance, but decided to return to Australia.
On September 9, 2010, Phillip's son, Chance, was accidentally shot "dead" by his maternal half-brother, Ronan Malloy. Chance was pronounced dead at the scene. On September 17, 2010, it was revealed that Chance faked his death. Only Nina, Phillip, Ronan, Katherine and Christine must know that he was still "alive", as he was going into the Witness Protection Program. Phillip then left to go back home to Australia after Chance left to go into the Witness Protection Program.
On September 8, 2011, Jill told Esther Valentine that Phillip got tested to see if he was a match for his half-niece, Cordelia Abbott's bone marrow transplant, but the lab that he went to in Australia told him that he was not a match.

Greg Foster is a fictional character on the CBS soap opera The Young and the Restless played by various actors over the years of 1973 to 2010. He is the son of Liz Foster and William Foster. His siblings are Snapper Foster and Jill Fenmore.
Character history
Greg Foster is the second and youngest son of Bill Foster, Sr. and Liz Foster. Greg has two siblings, Snapper Foster, who put Greg through law school after their father walked out on them, and Jill Foster Abbott, who was adopted at birth.
In late 1973, Greg found himself attracted to his brother's love interest, Christabel "Chris" Brooks, who worked as Greg's secretary at his new law firm. Chris became furious with Greg and eventually quit her job after she learned that her father, Stuart Brooks, had financially helped Greg's new law firm in return for her employment. Greg overcame his feelings for Chris when he fell in love with a woman named Gwen Sherman, who he immediately planned to wed, but he postponed the wedding after he found out that Gwen was a prostitute. Greg tried to help lead Gwen out of prostitution, but Gwen's pimp used physical force to pressure the terrified young woman into continuing to accept clients. Greg finally persuaded Gwen to press charges against her pimp, and Gwen was freed of prostitution. Greg and Gwen's relationship ended when she experienced a spiritual awakening and devoted her life to God as a nun, leaving Greg once again a loser at love.
At the start of 1977, Greg's biological father, Bill, came back to Genoa City with ailing health. Greg then had to represent Snapper, who had been charged with murder after Bill died. His life-support machine was disconnected by Liz, who later had a stroke and lost the memory of what she did. With Greg's help, Snapper was cleared of the murder charges.
In 1978, Greg contributed his legal services at Snapper's clinic while working side-by-side with one of Snapper's employees, Dr. Casey Reed, who Greg pursued a brief relationship with before meeting and falling in love with Casey's sister, Nikki Reed. Greg and Nikki's involvement eventually developed into serious love, and they made plans to marry. However, Nikki was still dealing with the emotional aftermath caused by killing her father, which led her to question her self worth. Nikki's ex-boyfriend, Paul Williams, tried to stop her after he learned of her plans to wed Greg, but Nikki insisted that she loved Greg. Greg and Nikki married at the Brooks family home with their loved ones in attendance. Shortly after they married, Greg and Nikki's marriage took an instant sour turn when married life proved too dull for Nikki, who took a job modeling. The modeling job was really just a front for prostitution where Nikki's client, Walter Addison, was killed. Greg was forced to take on the case of a young man named Tony Baker, who was accused of murdering Walter Addison, before the evidence began to point to Nikki. With Nikki's juvenile ways and tension building, Greg decided to let Nikki go. Later, a hit man arrived in Genoa City with plans to kill Greg, but the hit man accidentally shot Liz, who eventually recovered. Nikki rushed to the hospital when she heard the news, but Greg only chastised Nikki.
In 1981, Greg legally divorced Nikki. During the divorce process, he had fallen for April Stevens. Greg's feelings for April turned hostile when she revealed that Paul Williams, Nikki's ex-boyfriend, was the father of her daughter, Heather Stevens. When Heather became gravely ill, Greg convinced Paul to marry April and be a real father to Heather. Greg then departed Genoa City in 1982.
Greg briefly returned to Genoa City in 2003 with Snapper and Liz, who was set to undergo an operation for a cancer growth. In 2010, Greg made another brief visit when Liz became ill and later died from an incurable disease.
It should be noted that all of Greg's listed nieces and nephews via Jill are not his biological family members. Those including in the extended family of Jill Fenmore are: Phillip Chancellor III, Billy Abbott, Cane Ashby, Chance Chancellor, Delia Abbott, Lucy Abbott, Charles Ashby and Matilda Ashby.

Arthur Hendricks is a fictional character on the CBS soap opera The Young and the Restless played by actor David Hedison from January to November 2004. He is the father of Tucker McCall and the one-time love of Katherine Chancellor.
Character history
Several years before Katherine Chancellor had arrived in Genoa City, she had an affair with her husband's golfing partner, Arthur Hendricks, which resulted in a pregnancy. Kay had a baby, whom she gave away for adoption and later was thought to be Jill Foster Abbott. In early 2004, Arthur came to Genoa City to visit Kay, and Jill hoped that Arthur would find a way to give Katherine hope for life, being that she was in a downward spiral of alcoholism at that time. Arthur moved into the Chancellor Mansion and got to know his "daughter" better. Arthur, along with several other family members, did an intervention to prevent Kay from drinking anymore, which eventually helped her realize that she needed to go to rehab.
Arthur and Kay became closer again after all of the time that they spent apart. Arthur planned to propose to Kay, but his stepson, Harrison Bartlett, came into town during that time, claiming that Arthur had killed his mother, Eleanor Hendricks, to get his hands on her fortune. Arthur was investigated in the case, but he was never charged. Jill and Kay confronted Arthur about his stepson, but Arthur did not want to get into it. He just said that Harrison had a big hand in ruining his life. Kay decided to trust Arthur and marry him, but he wasn't able to handle the suspicious minds, so he decided to leave town, which prompted yet another feud between Kay and Jill.
While Arthur was still out of town, it was discovered that Jill was not Kay and Arthur's daughter. It later came out that Arthur and Katherine's baby was actually a boy, and his name was Tucker McCall.

He planned on setting up a division of Newman Enterprises that would be similar to Julia's company, and he would demolish Maxwell. Thus, Max was forced to sign the purchase agreement, even though he obviously did not want to. He then went on to seek revenge on Victor by contacting his former lover, Leanna Love. Maxwell appeared on Leanna's TV show, where he revealed that Victor has been visiting his ex-wives, which put his wife at the time, Nikki Newman in doubt over their recent reconciliation.
Victor told Nikki what was really going on, while Max admitted to Victor that he was the one causing him trouble. Leanna decided to drop the story, so Max found himself without a tool to use against Victor. When his estranged wife, Lorie Brooks, came to town to get her divorce from Maxwell, he found out that she was also once Victor's lover, and he asked her to join him in his revenge plot. Lorie fought with Nikki, who warned her to stay away from Victor. Maxwell and Lorie tried to break up Nikki and Victor, but Lorie felt ashamed of what she had done. When Maxwell set up a camera in Victor's hotel room, Lorie was ordered to seduce Victor, and the video feed would be shown in the next room, where Maxwell was treating Nikki to lunch. When Victor apologized to Lorie for treating her poorly, she could not turn on the camera. Nikki and Victor eventually found out the truth, and they later married again. In 1988, Lisa resurfaced in Brad's life, who was now married to Traci Abbott, and Lisa offered Brad a lucrative job in Chicago. When Brad declined and instead accepted a job offer from his former lover, Lauren Fenmore, Lisa became obsessed with Brad, and she drugged and kidnapped him. In early 1989, Lauren was on a ski trip with Jack Abbott, and they spotted Lisa. Suspecting that Lisa was somehow linked to Brad's mysterious disappearance, Lauren followed her back to the cabin, where she was holding Brad. Lisa fled town, and she has not been seen since.

Rose DeVille was a fictional character on the CBS soap opera The Young and the Restless, played by actress Darlene Conley from the fall of 1979 to June 1980 and again from July 1986 to January 1987.
Character history
Rose DeVille had a modeling agency that was really a front for drugs and prostitution. An unwitting, young Nikki Reed Newman signed on and became entangled in the death of a businessman, Walter Addison. Rose later ran a home for unwed mothers while actually operating a black-market baby ring. She took a teenage Nina Webster under her wing, only to later abandon her on the delivery table and kidnap her son, who was later found out to be Ronan Malloy some twenty five years later. Nina was led to believe the baby was stillborn. Eventually, Nina learned the truth. She confronted Rose at gunpoint and demanded her baby. Rose took Nina to the home of the family that has "adopted" Nina's baby. When Nina saw how happy her son was with the family, she decided to leave him there. She let Rose go, and Rose was never seen on the show again. The episode haunted Nina on and off over the years. At times it was suggested that Nina may attempt to locate her son, but this has never happened. She wrote a book that was loosely based on this experience. Nina occasionally had flashbacks about the ordeal, which featured Rose. Rose last appeared in a flashback scene in 2010. In 2000, Nina has a flashback with Rose, and Nina left the show in soon thereafter, but has occasionally returned. In 2010, Nina and her friends Paul Williams and Christine Blair all reminisced about the sad day. As Paul investigated Nina's lost-son whereabouts, he mentioned that Rose and her crime partner, Vince, were deceased.

Elizabeth "Liz" Foster Brooks was an original fictional character on the CBS soap opera The Young and the Restless played by actress Julianna McCarthy originally from March 1973 to February 1985. McCarthy made guest appearances in May 1986 and July 1993. She returned on a recurring basis from February 2003 to July 2004, and she made two more brief appearances in November 2008 and June 2010.
Character history
Elizabeth Foster was an assembly line laborer at Chancellor Industries, and the mother to William "Snapper" Foster and Greg Foster. She is also the adoptive mother of Jill Fenmore. Liz dated a man named Sam Powers until her long-departed husband, Bill Foster, returned. She was married to Bill, and then he walked out on her and their children in the late 1960s, only to return in 1975 with ailing health, unbeknown to the Fosters.
Snapper slept with a woman named Sally McGuire, and later started dating another woman named Chris Brooks. Sally found out that she was pregnant, while Snapper and Chris were going to get married. Sally was also married to Pierre Roulland. She and Snapper kept the baby's paternity hidden; in reality, Snapper was the baby's father, and not Pierre. Sally gave birth to a son, Pierre Charles "Chuckie" Roulland, and everyone was led to believe that Pierre was his father. Thus, Liz's first grandson was born.
In 1976, Liz suffered a stroke and lost her memory temporarily after she pulled Bill's life support. Snapper took the fall for Liz, who had no memory of what happened. Eventually, Liz regained her memory of the incident. Liz began dating and later married Stuart Brooks, who also had an affair with Jill. Jill faked a pregnancy in order for Stuart to marry her; in reality, she was not pregnant and was only after his money. Stuart planned to marry Jill, although he loved Liz, until Jill fell down a flight of stairs and "miscarried". Stuart found out that he had been conned, and he and Liz soon married.During that time, she became an employee and close friend of Katherine Chancellor, despite Liz's adoptive daughter, Jill, and her ongoing feud with Katherine. In 1982, Liz, Stuart, Snapper, and his wife, Chris, who was also Stuart's daughter, and Greg moved to London. While in London, Snapper and Chris had a daughter, Jennifer Elizabeth Foster, who was Liz's second grandchild. Stuart died off screen in 1984. During that time, she became an employee and close friend of Katherine Chancellor, despite Liz's adoptive daughter, Jill, and her ongoing feud with Katherine. Liz briefly returned in 1984-1985 during the time when Katherine had her face lift, as well as Victor Newman's wedding to Nikki Reed Newman and for holidays. She visited again in 1986 along with Jill's son, Phillip Chancellor III, upon learning about Jill's shooting. Liz visited town again in 1993 when Jill gave birth to Billy Abbott.
In 2003, Liz revealed to Jill that she was adopted. Liz only knew that her first husband William, brought her home in a baby blanket one day. However, Liz had recently received information that a woman named Charlotte Ramsey had proof that her biological mother was actually Katherine. However, in 2009, it was revealed that Katherine was not Jill's mother after all. Liz returned in June 2010 in ill health with sons, Snapper and Greg, and some news for Jill about her birth parents. On June 18, 2010, Liz passed away onscreen due to a condition that had gone too far without being treated. Liz told Snapper on her deathbed about Jill's true parentage, and she made him promise not to tell Jill, but he told her anyway.
It should be noted that all of Liz's listed grandchildren and great-grandchildren via Jill were not her biological family members. Those including in the extended family of Jill Fenmore are: Phillip Chancellor III, Billy Abbott, Cane Ashby, Chance Chancellor, Delia Abbott, Lucy Abbott, Charles Ashby and Matilda Ashby.

In 1997, after Phyllis and Danny got married again and were happy together while raising their son, Sasha re-entered their lives. She had been dumped by Peter, and she was in need of some cash. She blackmailed Phyllis into giving her money to keep quiet about the real paternity of Phyllis' son. After Phyllis initially refused, Sasha went to Christine with the same offer, but Phyllis was able to get a loan from Dr. Timothy Reid to pay off Sasha. Sasha made sure that she had copies of all of the documents that showed everything that Phyllis had done to Danny, but Phyllis managed to get rid of them. She confronted Sasha for the last time about possibly tricking her when Sasha died unexpectedly in her hotel room. Sasha was seen clutching a tabloid headline before her death, indicating that she may have sold her story to a tabloid. Phyllis feared that she might have killed Sasha, but the judge proclaimed that Sasha's death was accidental, as Sasha was a known careless smoker and heavy drinker. Her death, however, is still a mystery to viewers as to whether or not Phyllis murdered her.

Eve Howard is a fictional character on the CBS soap opera The Young and the Restless, played by actress Margaret Mason from September 1980 to September 1981 and again from October 1982 to June 27, 1983 with reprisal appearances from April 11, 1984 to August 1984, March 1993 to mid 1993, and finally from November 1993 to December 9, 1993.
Character history
Originally a resident of Washington, in 1980 Eve lived in Genoa City and worked as an assistant to businessman Victor Newman at Newman Enterprises. Victor's wife, Julia Newman, felt lonely as Victor worked for hours on end away from the Newman Ranch. Julia ended up becoming close friends with Katherine Chancellor's son, Brock Reynolds. Although Julia and Brock were never lovers, Victor felt jealous, and he slept with Eve in retaliation. Eve, who had feelings for Victor, was saddened when he informed her that it was only a one-night stand. Eve ended up leaving Genoa City soon after.
A year later, Eve returned, now working as newspaper mogul Stuart Brooks' assistant. When Eve ran into Julia, she told her that she wanted Victor. However, Victor was out of town at the time. Julia, nonetheless, was frightened of the possibility of losing Victor, noting his recent affair with Lorie Brooks. Julia ended up having an affair with her photography instructor, Michael Scott. When Victor returned, Eve made several attempts to woo him, but he ended up making a deal with Eve for her to leave town. The deal allowed Eve to leave town and work with one of his other companies, and Victor would accept that Eve's son, Cole Howard, was his son and therefore provide for him. Eve accepted his offer and left again. With Eve gone, Victor ended up imprisoning Michael Scott in the Newman Ranch basement once he learned that Julia was pregnant. Julia ended up discovering this, and she rescued Michael, but she suffered a miscarriage in the process.
In 1982, Eve ran into the now divorced Julia in Paris, and she heard about Lorie Brooks abandoning Victor at the altar. She told Julia that she was involved with a wealthy count, Max Siebalt. Soon after, Eve went to Genoa City to be sure that Victor was going to continue to provide for their son, Cole Howard, and she learned that Victor had put him in his will. During this time, Victor was having an affair with former stripper, Nikki Reed. Max and Eve began to scheme to get Victor's fortune because Max was broke. Eve convinced Victor to hire her back as his personal assistant. When Victor's manservant, Charlie, left, Eve offered to cook Victor's meals for him, lacing them with a slow-acting poison that, in small doses, could not be traced. Victor began to lose weight and appeared ill, but after his dog ate some of his poisoned food and died, Victor became suspicious. Julia overheard part of their plan on the phone, and she warned Victor that he was in danger, but it was too late. Soon after, an antidote was found, and Victor survived.
Julia proved that Eve was involved in the plot against Victor by having the poison analyzed. Victor realized that Eve had tried to poison him so that their son, Cole, could inherit half of his wealth. With the help of Julia and his friend, Douglas Austin, Victor began a scheme to trap Eve into confessing, and he even proposed to her, which the greedy Eve quickly accepted. The day of Victor and Eve's wedding, she arrived at the Newman estate to learn that Victor had died. Eve arranged to have Victor's coffin placed in the Newman living room, and she took over as the grieving fiancée. Max, sensing that she was losing her grip on reality, quickly married her, since it appeared that Victor had left his estate to Eve. When Julia confided to Eve that she thought Victor was murdered, and that she wanted to exhume his body for an autopsy, Eve sent Max to the graveyard to dig up the corpse. At the cemetery, Max was so shocked to see Victor alive that he fell against a pitchfork and died. Eve tried to stab Victor, and she was consequently committed to a sanitarium.
By 1984, Victor was planning on marrying Nikki. When Eve read about this in the newspaper at the sanitarium, she tried to switch places with her roommate, who was about to be released but wanted to stay in the sanitarium. Eve knocked out a caterer and changed clothes with her to get into the hotel where Victor and Nikki were getting married. After the wedding, Eve went to Nikki's room, and she prepared to stab her, but she was interrupted by Nikki's sister, Dr. Casey Reed. So, Eve climbed into Victor's trunk which was about to be placed on the plane for his honeymoon. At the last moment, the newlyweds changed their minds and decided to stay home. Victor learned that Eve had escaped; he found her and returned her to the sanitarium. A couple of months later, while Victor and Nikki were vacationing, Eve and her former love, Rick Daros, escaped from the sanitarium and returned to Genoa City. Rick had amnesia, forgetting he had tried to kill Nikki earlier in the year, and he became Eve's lover again. After breaking into the ranch, Eve stole money from Victor's safe, and the two escaped to Europe.
Ten years went by without a mention of Eve or her son, then she showed up in 1993, looking as glamorous as ever. Her past crimes totally overlooked; Victor simply fondly recalled her working for him years before. When Eve brought up Cole, whom she still claimed was Victor's, Victor wanted nothing to do with him. Eve left in a huff, slipping Cole's picture into Victor's book. Some time afterward, a lonely Victor contacted Eve and asked her to bring Cole to Genoa City. Eve returned to Genoa City with Cole, a young aspiring novelist. Cole built up a relationship in Genoa City with Victor's daughter with Nikki, Victoria Newman, while Eve left. Soon after, Cole wrote to his mother saying he had fallen for Victoria. Eve, while on a cruise, read the letter and was horrified by the thought of her son unknowingly getting involved with his half-sister. She arranged to leave the ship, and she flew to Genoa City. While on the plane, she became ill from being bitten by a mosquito.
Upon arrival to Genoa City, she was rushed to the hospital, and Cole was notified of his mother's condition. Eve lingered for weeks, in and out of a coma, and, while somewhat lucid, tried and failed to tell Cole that Victor was his father. Not long after Eve's funeral, Cole and Victoria Newman eloped in Las Vegas. Luckily, Eve was wrong. While going through Eve's belongings, Victor discovered a letter from another man to her which cast doubt on Victor being Cole's father. Victor immediately arranged to have blood tests run on Cole, himself and Eve's corpse. The father ended up being Eve's former lover, Marvin Oakley.
Four years later, while Cole and Victoria's baby struggled for her life, Victoria told Cole she wanted to name her Eve, after his mother. Soon after, Victoria learned from Cole that their baby had died.

Bobby's past was brought into light after a body was discovered behind the Genoa City Rec Center. The body was that of Joshua Cassen, who was childhood friends with Nikki Newman. When Nikki tried to find Joshua's family, she discovered that Bobby Marsino was actually Charlie Cassen, the younger brother of Joshua Cassen. Eventually, Bobby found out what happened to his brother, and Nikki and Bobby grew close after their revelation. Brittany, meanwhile, was pregnant, and she gave birth to a baby boy. They named their son Joshua Marsino, after Bobby's late older brother. Brittany had many complications during her pregnancy, and in order to pay for the medical bills, Bobby got involved with the mob. When the mob tried to recruit him, he found evidence to incriminate the members that he knew of, and he was forced to go into the Witness Protection Program. Julia Newman Martin is a fictional character on the CBS soap opera The Young and the Restless played by actress Meg Bennett on and off from February 1980 to about March 1981 and again from 1982 to December 1984 with reprisal appearances from September 1986 to early 1987, and March 1, 2002 to September 3, 2002.
Character history
In 1977, she and businessman Victor Newman were married. Three years later, she and Victor moved to Genoa City so that he could help run Chancellor Industries for Katherine Chancellor. He was very protective of Julia, his young, beautiful wife, and kept her secluded at the ranch with their houseman, Charlie. Victor was so consumed by his work, he was barely there himself. Julia met and became friends with Katherine Chancellor's son Brock Reynolds. Victor got jealous and had a one-night stand with his secretary, Eve Howard, in retaliation. Julia admitted she was falling in love with Brock, but they were not lovers, and she agreed to break if off if Victor would commit completely to their marriage. But Victor was not convinced and turned to Lorie Brooks for attention. Brock caught Victor and Lorie kissing, so he tried to resume his romance with Julia, but he finally left town because of Julia's inability to end her marriage to Victor. Thinking it would convince Victor of her love for him, Julia told him that she wanted to have a baby. Victor responded by having a vasectomy without telling her.
When offered a job modeling for photographer Michael Scott at his studio, Julia jumped at the chance. For once, Victor didn't say no. Michael admired the dark-haired beauty, and they became close friends. While Victor was out of town, Eve suddenly resurfaced. Eve let Julia know that she was there to get Victor back. Feeling vulnerable and confused by Eve's presence, Julia slept with Michael. Julia was immediately overwhelmed with shame. Her friendship with Brock had remained strictly platonic. But now that she had slept with Michael, Julia had actually cheated on Victor for the first time. When Julia began talking about her friend, Michael, Victor became jealous and began following them and taping their conversations. Then Julia turned up pregnant.
Convinced the baby was Michael's, Victor kidnapped Michael and held him prisoner in the bomb shelter under the Newman Ranch. Victor had outfitted it with cameras so he could observe and torture Michael by making him watch Victor and Julia making love in their bedroom above. Victor fed Michael sparingly, and taunted him often. Dinner once even turned out to be a dead rat. Victor hired Paul Williams to feed Michael when he was out of town, and explained to Paul that Michael was a retarded relative who was not allowed out because he was violent and delusional. Eventually, Julia discovered that Michael was being held hostage. She and Paul freed him. When Victor intervened, they had a struggle and Julia tumbled down a flight of stairs. Julia was rushed to the hospital where she miscarried, and Victor discovered that despite his vasectomy, he had actually fathered Julia's baby. Soon after, Julia and Michael both left town, but not together.
In 1982, Eve Howard ran into the now divorced Julia in Paris and heard about Lorie Brooks abandoning Victor at the altar. She told Julia that she was involved with a wealthy count, Max Siebalt. Soon after, Eve went to Genoa City to be sure that Victor was going to continue to provide for their son, Cole Howard, and learned that Victor had put him in his will. Max and Eve began to scheme to get Victor's fortune, because Max was broke. Eve convinced Victor to hire her back as his personal assistant, and for a while, everything seemed fine. When Victor's manservant, Charlie, left, Eve offered to cook Victor's meals for him, lacing them with a slow-acting poison that, in small doses, could not be traced. Victor began to lose weight and appeared ill, and after Victor's dog ate some of his poisoned food and died, Victor became suspicious. Julia overheard part of their plan on the phone and warned Victor that he was in danger, but it was too late. An antidote was found and Victor survived.
Julia proved that Eve was involved by having the poison analyzed. Victor realized that Eve had tried to poison him so that their son, Cole, could inherit half his wealth. With the help of Julia and his friend, Douglas Austin, Victor began a scheme to trap Eve into confessing, and even proposed to her which the greedy Eve quickly accepted. The day of Victor and Eve's wedding, she arrived at the Newman estate to learn that Victor had died. Eve arranged to have Victor's coffin placed in the Newman living room, and took over as the grieving fiancée. Eve tried to stab Victor and was committed to a sanitarium.
A year later in 1984, Victor was getting married to former stripper Nikki Reed. Julia was at the ceremony and Eve Howard even escaped the sanitarium to try to stab Nikki. However, she failed. Around the same time, Julia tested another modeling career as Victor's enemy Jack Abbott hired Julia as Jabot Cosmetics' top model instead of his mistress Diane Jenkins. Diane felt so betrayed by this that she arranged for Jack's pregnant wife, Patty Williams, to walk in and her and Jack having sex. This shocked Patty and she fell, causing a miscarriage. As for Julia, she had an affair with Ashley Abbott's fiancée, Eric Garrison. Julia ended up pregnant, but Eric never knew that Julia had given birth to his child.
By 1985, Julia and her little girl, Jamie Martin, left Genoa City, and Julia ended up marrying Charles Martin. Jamie grew up assuming that Charles was her father, not Eric. During this time, Julia also built up a major interior design firm, Martin Designs, in Lake Forest, Illinois.
In March 2002 a newspaper article alerted Victor Newman that a hostile takeover was threatening Julia's Martin Designs, so he dropped everything to go to Lake Forest. Julia was happy and surprised to see him. He told her that she looked wonderful and that he knew about the takeover bid, then he offered to help. After some reminiscing, Julia told him how she and her late husband, Charles, had created their successful design business together, and said that she didn't think Victor was the kind of person that could work side-by-side with his wife in business. She joked that he wasn't as controlling as when they were married, but she was young and he was older and set in his ways. She asked about his kids and his love life and was pleased that he dating Nikki Newman again, whom she liked. Julia told him about her daughter, Jamie, who was in college.
They met with Maxwell Hollister who refused Victor's offer to buy all the stock in Julia's company, even at ten percent over the value. Before Hollister could leave, Victor promised to create a similar design division at Newman Enterprises, put Julia in charge of it, attack Hollister's company at its weak spots and run him out of business. Thwarted, Hollister signed Victor's purchase agreement and left. Julia thanked Victor for saving the company that meant so much to her. After a few more reminiscences, Victor asked her what she thought of their time together when she looked back. She said that he was domineering and always in control of any relationship that he entered. They hugged and even kissed then said goodbye. She seemed sad to see him leave. An angry Max tracked down Leanna Love. He told her he'd read Ruthless and knew she was once married to Victor, then told her how Victor humiliated him, and that he wanted revenge. Leanna explained that Victor's actions for Martin Designs was much more than business, explaining that Julia was Victor's first wife. Max agreed to do Leanna's TV show and give her the scoop on Julia and Victor, in exchange for some recent photos her photographer shot of Victor and Ramona Caceres.
Nikki Newman saw the show and was upset that Victor had visited both Ramona and Julia without telling her. It wasn't long before Max approached Nikki, and suggested she join him against Victor. Victor tried to explain to Nikki his soul-searching visits to Julia and Ramona, as well as Hope Wilson. He said that he didn't want to repeat his mistakes of the past, and proposed to Nikki with an engagement ring. Nikki was also reluctant to try again, and said she would give him an answer when she returned to town in two weeks. Max went to Victor and let him know that he was courting Nikki for revenge. Victor ended up telephoning Hope, Julia, and Ramona. They convinced Leanna to do a retraction of the story. When Nikki returned, she accepted Victor's proposal. Then Lorie Brooks showed up in town looking for Max to sign their divorce papers. When Max found out that Lorie was once a love of Victor's, he tried to get her to join him in his revenge. She ended up agreeing, but their scheme which involved Lorie's seduction of Victor, while Nikki watched on videotape fell apart as Lorie ended up falling for Victor and couldn't follow through on the scheme. Victor and Nikki ended up remarrying in September 2002. Julia Newman is a close friend of Madeline (Maddy) Waggoner.
[edit] Walter Palin
Scott Hoxby (January 10, 2008[29]-August 20, 2008,[30] December 24, 2008[31])
Walter was a member of the mob, first appearing in the company of David Chow as an unknown man, for whom David seemed to have been doing favors. It was revealed that Walter was blackmailing David because he had owed him (and his bosses) money. David's wife Nikki wasn't suspicious of Walter since David introduced him as a longtime friend, but the truth came out when David and Walter had a fight, and David admitted he owed him some money. Walter returned on occasions to collect money from David and once David paid off his debt with Nikki's money Walter left, saying that he will eventually return. David tried to stay away from his past but could not.
Investigation in David's past led by Paul Williams revealed Walter's real name, Tony Amato. He and David had known each other for years. Walter was worried that he might be compromised and David had to kill Skye Lockhart by his orders, but their business did not end there. Walter continued blackmailing David, who finally decided to cut all links to Walter. Walter did not take the news well, and he ordered David's wife killed. He did not know that in the car, where Nikki was supposed to be, David took Sabrina Costelana and the two of them ended up in an accident, and eventually died.
Walter ran away to a secure location in Mexico, but was followed by Victor Newman, who was seeking revenge for the death of Sabrina. He went along on a boat ride with Walter where he confronted him for what he had done. Victor did not kill Walter, but left him to die on the boat. Walter's body was found the following morning, but his death was never resolved by the police.

Vanessa Prentiss is a fictional character on the CBS soap opera The Young and the Restless, played by the late actress K.T. Stevens from the summer of 1976 to November 1981.
Character history
Vanessa was the mother of Lance and Lucas Prentiss. During the first year she was introduced, the lower part of her face was concealed with a veil because of a scar she received in about 1972 while rescuing Lance from a fire, which was accidentally caused by Lucas, who ran off after feeling guilty over the accident. Embarrassed by her condition, Vanessa never ventured into public. Vanessa was strongly against Lance's relationship with Lorie Brooks, whom she immediately took a disliking to upon their first meeting as she wanted Lance to pursue Lorie's sister Leslie, who met Lance first when on vacation in Paris. Vanessa then began her long tenure of conspiring to get Lorie out of Lance's life in order to get Lance and Leslie together. Pressured by Lorie to have cosmetic surgery, a resentful Vanessa unveiled her scars to Lorie. Vanessa later bought a revolver and planned to get even with Lorie after getting her to take off her veil revealing her scar. Unaware that Vanessa was out to get her, Lorie convinced Vanessa to consult a plastic surgeon. After the death of Lorie's mother Jennifer, she started feeling closer to Vanessa and set out to find Vanessa's son, Lucas. After Lorie found Lucas and brought him to Genoa City, Vanessa was astonished to her son for the first time in years and vetoed his plan to leave town. Vanessa was grateful to Lorie for bringing Lucas back into her life. Persuaded by Lucas, Vanessa underwent successful surgery for her scars. Vanessa was later shocked to learn that Lucas had married Leslie. After it was learned that Vanessa's disfiguring scars were a thing of the past, she went out in public for the first time without the veil.
After feeling miffed that Lance always seemed to side with Lorie, Vanessa plotted to shift their family company, Prentiss Industries, into Lucas' control, unbeknownst to Lance, and she later followed through with her plan. Lance was disappointed when Vanessa oust him as the company boss while Vanessa told Lorie she would not put Lance back in charge unless Lorie divorced him, which put a series of pressure on Lorie after Lance began spirring out of control. Lorie finally gave into Vanessa's demands by straining her marriage to Lance, which led to Lance leaving town.
In 1981, Vanessa learned she had two months to live after being diagnosed with a terminal illness and she kept quiet about her illness. After learning she had a short time to live, Vanessa, who had kept mum for over two years about Lance being the father of Leslie's baby, wrote in a journal that Lance has a son. When Lance returned to town with his fiancee, he later ended his engagement and resumed his romance with Lorie. Vanessa then plotted to shove Lorie down a stairway, but changed her plan and made Lance back down from Lorie after lying that Lorie was still involved with Lucas. Vanessa applauded when Lance turned to Leslie. As Vanessa's illness deteriorated, she still plotted against Lorie and then forged a venomous letter to herself signing Lorie's name to it. Vanessa later plunged to her death off a balcony after staging a fight with Lorie.

Clint Radison is a fictional character on the CBS soap opera The Young and the Restless, originated by actor Sal Landi from December 12, 1988 to the fall of 1989 and then played by James Michael Gregary from the fall of 1989 to June 1990 with a reprise appearance from December 1990 to March 1991. James Michael Gregary briefly returned to the show from January 16, 2009[34] to March 26, 2009.[35]
A former cellmate of Rex Sterling, Clint Radison, showed up in Genoa City and found out that Gina Roma was her daughter, so he developed a plot to seduce her, and eventually married her. In the meantime, he had stumbled upon Marge Cotrooke, a look-alike of town's richest citizen, Katherine Chancellor, so he started training Marge, along with his friends, to take over Kay's position and kidnap Kay and her maid Esther Valentine. His plan was foiled when Kay's son Brock Reynolds and lawyer Mitchell Sherman revealed their plot and saved Kay's and Esther's lives. Clint went to prison after Marge decided to help out Kay. Clint escaped a few months later and Kay nearly attacked him when he showed up on her doorstep, but she was stopped by Gina who declared she still had feelings for Clint. Realizing Kay was upset over her encounter with Clint, Brock decided to talk some sense into Gina. Ignoring Gina's plea to give Clint another chance, however, Brock planned to turn him in. While Gina was begging Clint not to turn himself in, Brock was attacked by an armed robber. Clint arrived on the scene, but it was too late to stop the robber from shooting Brock. Although Clint wanted to help Brock, Clint decided to make a run for it. Kay later assumed Clint was responsible for Brock's shooting. However, Clint managed to call for help for Brock and Brock was rushed to the hospital. Rex was shocked by Kay's admission that Clint saved Brock's life. Later, Rex arrived at Gina's, demanding that she tell him where Clint was. Coming out of hiding, Clint told Rex he never intended to hurt Gina. Gina was mortified when Clint admitted he called the police. Clint was taken back to prison.
Early in 2009, after getting out of prison, Clint found his way back to Genoa City to get his hands on the Chancellor fortune. He started working with Roger Wilkes in a plot to marry Esther. At the same time, Clint found out that Marge ended up in a car crash with Kay, and that Kay might still be alive, but unable to prove her identity. When Roger and Clint's plot to marry Esther was going too slow for them because Esther thought Kay might be alive, Clint decided to take a different plan and kidnap Kay, which he eventually did, taking her to an unknown location where she was being watched by Annie Wilkes, another one of Clint's accomplices.
Kay attempted to escape on several occasions, even by convincing Annie to help her out, but Clint always came in town to stop them. When he realized he was done watching over them, he set up a bomb at the hotel where Kay and her maid Esther were being held and then ran away along with Roger and Annie. While going away, Clint kidnapped Kevin Fisher and decided to use him for his future plans. Sensing how dangerous Clint had become, Annie and Roger ran away, leaving Kevin alone with Clint. After learning about Kevin's childhood traumas on television, Clint tortured and traumatized Kevin into robbing banks dressed in a chipmunk costume. Clint was overjoyed every time Kevin brought him money until one day he had a heart attack and collapsed on the floor, leaving Kevin worrying that he could have killed Clint. Amber Moore first saw Clint's body when Kevin locked her inside the closet, and Clint's body was later found by Michael Baldwin and Daniel Romalotti. On March 26, 2009, Clint's eternal fate was disclosed by the spirit of Marge Cotrooke. Back one more time while her corpse was disinterred for DNA testing, Marge revealed Clint did not make it to heaven, having taken a "southern detour" instead.

Tim slept with Phyllis after she seduced him, and she used the videotape of their lovemaking to blackmail him to testify on her behalf in court during the trial to end her marriage to Danny Romalotti. Tim later recanted his testimony which ruined his career. After her marriage to Danny was over, Phyllis used Tim to make Danny jealous, even though Danny was never aware who Phyllis was sleeping with. Tim proposed to Phyllis and she accepted, but nothing came out of that after Danny wanted Phyllis back.
In 2001, Tim moved to Los Angeles, where he was found by Morgan DeWitt, a woman he knew from when they were young. Morgan seduced Tim and convinced him that it was okay what she did—chained Taylor Hayes in the basement. They slept together and had an agreement to move Taylor from the basement to the living room. Once Taylor was free, the couple ran away, but Morgan had to return and ended up captured.

Miguel Rodriguez is a fictional character on the CBS soap opera The Young and the Restless portrayed by Anthony Pena from April 1984 to November 23, 2005[40] May 10, 2006,[41] May 16, 2006[42]).
For over twenty years, soft-spoken Miguel Rodriguez was the loyal servant of the Newman family. He first started working for Victor Newman, but later took care of the entire Newman family and eventually became the head of the Newman Ranch staff. He was best known for his delicious cooking and for setting up parties for the entire family. He was always there when someone needed advice, but he never really had a storyline of his own until 1997. Before that, he was only known to have briefly dated Esther Valentine, a servant at the Chancellor mansion. Miguel had said he was originally only going to work for the Newmans until his brother graduated from medical school and then he would be free to explore a more intellectual career of his own. That goal never materialized for Miguel, as he apparently preferred to spend his years working for the Newmans.
In 1997, Miguel got his first real storyline when he fell in love with Veronica Landers--but he knew her as "Sarah," a new servant at the ranch. Veronica was plotting revenge on her ex-husband Joshua Landers, who was at the time married to Nikki Newman. "Sarah" got her revenge by fatally shooting Joshua and wounding Nikki. Miguel did not know of "Sarah's" crimes and continued to support her and looked for possible jobs for her, until it was finally revealed that "Sarah" was really Veronica. She died in Miguel's arms.
Miguel would continue to serve as the Newman's butler/house manager until 2008, though he wasn't seen onscreen after 2006. A new house manager, Estella Munoz, was introduced in April 2008. On June 5, 2008, it was revealed that he had officially left his position at the Newman Ranch in order to care for his aunt, who had been diagnosed with diabetes. The Newman family was saddened to see him go, but understood the necessity. As a farewell gift, Nikki and Victor decided to send him a small gold clock that had sat on the fireplace mantle for many years and which Miguel had often wound up.[43]

Paul urged April to put the baby up for adoption and turned his back on her—but only until the baby was in danger of dying. Paul's brother Steve then suggested Paul marry April, but Paul was reluctant. In January 1981, they eventually married, but Paul wasn't happy to be married to April and their marriage proved to be a loveless marriage. Paul months later then had an affair with April's twin sister, Barbara Ann Harding, who April had yet to meet. The baby girl survived and was named Heather, but parental responsibility proved too much for Paul; he and April divorced and April and Heather left town. April married Dr. Robert Lynch, who physically abused April and was later killed by her in an act of self-defense. April briefly returned to Genoa City in 2008 and revealed to Heather that Paul was her father, allowing them to begin to rebuild their father-daughter relationship.

Derek was a hairdresser tricked into marrying Katherine Chancellor by Kay herself after Kay had fallen in love with him. Derek was actually attracted to Kay's sworn enemy, Jill Foster Abbott, but he decided to go along with Katherine because he knew he would gain wealth if he lived with her for a year and could then set up his own salon. However, Derek's past in organized crime came back to haunt him when the mob tried to shoot him, but accidentally shot Katherine, who was left paralyzed. Even after she recovered, Kay used her health as a way to hold onto Derek.
Derek's life took another strange turn when his ex-wife, Suzanne Lynch, came to town prepared to do anything to win Derek back. By lacing candy with drugs, she attempted to drive Kay to insanity but it backfired when it appeared Kay had been killed by the candy and Derek, free of both his wives, inherited the Chancellor fortune and planned to marry Jill. Everyone was shocked when thought-to-be-dead Katherine showed up at the wedding to reclaim her fortune—and Derek, as well. The newly-reunited couple decided to go on a cruise, but while traveling they had a fight that resulted in Kay jumping overboard. When she returned from being held captive by and falling in love with a man named Felipe, she divorced Derek.
Derek had a friendly reunion with both Jill, who informed him she had gotten married, and Kay, who had just recently had a face-lift, when he appeared at the wedding of Victor Newman and Nikki Newman in 1984.

Lindsey Wells is a fictional character on the CBS soap opera The Young and the Restless played by actress Lauren Koslow from January 1984 to the fall of 1986. The character was seen in disguise as early as November 1983.
Lindsey was a former girlfriend of Jack Abbott who worked for Jabot. She took illicit photos of Jack and Jill Foster Abbott's affair, then blackmailed the two into giving her higher positions in the company and other concessions – knowing that if John Abbott ever saw her pictures, he would disown his son Jack and divorce Jill. In order to get close to the negatives, Jack concocted a plan to marry Lindsey in a fake ceremony. As soon has she discovered the marriage ceremony was a fake, she sold the negatives to Jill's arch-nemesis Katherine Chancellor. When John eventually saw the pictures, Lindsey, as the photographer, became one of his key witnesses in his divorce trial with Jill. Soon after that, Lindsey left Genoa City and moved to New York.

Mary Williams is a fictional character on the CBS soap opera The Young and the Restless played by actress Carolyn Conwell from March 1980 to May 10, 2004. The character ceased appearing after December 22, 2003[54] before making one last appearance on May 10, 2004.[55]
Mary was the wife of officer Carl Williams and the mother of Patty, Paul, Steven and Father Todd Williams. She also has a late sister named Jane. In the late 1980s, Carl, a police officer, went missing and was presumed dead, devastating Mary and her children. Paul, having become a private detective, desperately tried to locate Carl, but to no avail. Ten years later, after Mary had accepted a marriage proposal from Charlie Ottwell, Paul's wife Christine was shocked to discover that Carl was still alive, and living in Norfolk under the name Jim Bradley. It was revealed that he had been captured by criminals while working on a police case, and was beaten and left for dead. An amnesiac Carl had been found and rescued by a woman named Ruth Perkins. Christine convinced "Jim" to return to Genoa City with her. Mary was shocked when Carl returned, and eventually broke off her engagement with Charlie. However, Carl never regained his memory or reconnected with his family, and he went back to Norfolk with Ruth.
Paul and Christine divorced, and Mary became intent on breaking up Paul's latest marriage, to Isabella Braña, of whom Mary did not approve. She enlisted Christine's help in breaking up the marriage, but Christine was unable to convince Paul to leave Isabella. Despite the fact that Isabella had given Mary the grandchild that she had always wanted, a boy who was named Ricardo Carl Williams, Ricardo went to live with Isabella's parents in California. Mary has not been seen on-screen since 2004. It is believed that she left Genoa City to live near Patty and Steven in Washington DC; however, prior to 2009 Patty's whereabouts have never been confirmed. Back in the 1990s, Mary received a mysterious phone call from a woman that audiences assumed was Patty during the time the character was out on the streets. In 2009, a "slowing down" Mary returned (off-screen) with her oldest son, Father Todd Williams, for Paul's nuptials to Nikki Newman. After the wedding was canceled, Mary returned to Washington, D.C. and then went on a bible retreat, presumably being kept updated on her daughter Patty's mental health. As of 2011 she is still living in Washington Dc near her son Steven.

Keesha Monroe is a fictional character on the CBS soap opera The Young and the Restless originated by actress Wanda Acuna in July 1995 before Jennifer Gatti later took over the role that same year, playing the role through May 1996.
Character history
In 1995, Nathan Hastings' wife Olivia had begun suspecting that Nathan was having an affair, which he was, unbeknownst to Olivia. Keesha, whose voice was only heard, later called Nathan without leaving her name. Nathan later confessed to Paul that he had been having an affair, but asked Paul to keep quiet. Keesha was first seen at Gina's Place, where Malcolm Winters stumbled upon her, and the two slowly started dating. After a few months of happiness, Malcolm found out that Keesha had an affair with Nathan. Nathan and Keesha's affair was over, but Keesha's troubles did not end there. After another altercation with an upset Malcolm as Keesha pleaded with him to forgive her, Keesha phoned her former boyfriend, Stan, after she realized how much he had meant to her. Keesha was puzzled when the number Stan gave her was for a hospital and was shocked when Stan's brother, Dave, said Stan had just died of AIDS. Later, she retrieved an old letter from Stan, who had written that he was bisexual and that he had HIV. Olivia was Keesha's physician when Keesha went and had herself checked and learned that she was exposed to HIV by Stan. Fearing that she could've exposed Nathan to the virus, Keesha confessed her affair with Nathan to a furious Olivia.
Malcolm dropped his hostility and forgave Keesha for her affair with Nathan after he learned about her ailing health. Sadly, Keesha's health took a turn for worse as the virus worsened. On Keesha's dying breath in order to give her a few final moments of happiness, Malcolm arranged a wedding ceremony. Keesha lost her battle with AIDS as she died in Malcolm's arms moments after reciting their vows.
A few years later Malcolm had a memory of Keesha.
