In this Japanese name, the family name is "Matsudaira".
Matsudaira Ietada (松平 家忠, 1547 – September 8, 1600) was a Japanese daimyo of the Azuchi-Momoyama period, who served the Tokugawa clan. Ietada was a relative of Tokugawa Ieyasu.
