Mauricio Acosta is a Colombian football player, who plays as a goalkeeper for Independiente Santa Fe in the Copa Mustang.
He was the first choice keeper for the Colombian national football team at the 2007 FIFA U-17 World Cup where the Colombian team advanced to the round of 16 and lost to eventual winners Nigeria.[1]
After Santa Fe bought the Colombian national football team goalie Agustín Julio, they are looking to loan Ocosta out to a 2nd division team so he can get playing time as he is a great prospect for the future.
