Mazraeh (Persian: مزرعه) is a city in the Central District of Aliabad County, Golestan province, Iran, serving as the administrative center for Katul Rural District.^[3]

At the 2006 census, its population was 3,957 in 1,085 households, when it was a village in Katul Rural District.^[4] The following census in 2011 counted 4,198 people in 1,285 households.^[5] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 4,009 people in 1,352 households,^[2] by which time the village had been elevated to the status of a city.^[6]
