Bridgend Designer Outlet

The Bridgend Designer Outlet (also known as McArthurGlen Designer Outlet) is a commercial retail park and outlet store development in Bridgend, Wales, United Kingdom. It is owned and operated by McArthurGlen Group.
Strategically situated on Junction 36 of the M4 motorway between Cardiff, Swansea and a large proportion of Wales' population in the South Wales conurbation it consists of around ninety different stores which offer discounts off brand and designer labels. An array of goods are available including clothes, toys, books and electrical products. McArthur Glen operates a number of other similar outlet complexes in the United Kingdom and western Europe.

Brands at the centre include Ben Sherman, Karen Millen, Christy Outlet Store, Mexx, Nike Factory Store, Jane Shilton, Marks & Spencer Outlet, Next Clearance, Clarks, Saltrock, Adidas, and Austin Reed.

There are a range of amenities on site including a customer information desk where gift vouchers can be purchased, special needs services, three coffee shops (Sidoli's, Starbucks & Costa Coffee); and a foodcourt containing a KFC, Pizza Hut,McDonald's, Harry Ramsden's, Pasty Presto, Juice Fix, Upper Crust & Spud U Like, Andrea Mattia); a nine screen Odeon multi screen cinema; and a children's play area; a tourist information centre and car parking.
The Designer Outlet is located near to the villages of Sarn, Litchard and Pen-y-fai and the town of Bridgend. Within the same development is a Sainsbury's supermarket, a Harvester restaurant, and a Premier Inn hotel.
It is also served by a number of bus routes to destinations both north and south of the village to and from the town of Bridgend and the Llynfi, Garw and Ogmore Valleys. It also contains a bus stop which is served by National Express and TrawsCambria coaches in between Swansea and Cardiff.
