Mechanical Engineering Department of Amirkabir University of Technology with more than fifty years leadership in Mechanical Engineering was founded in 1957 which has trained many distinguished scientists in Iran and all over the world. Mechanical engineering was one of the first academic programs established at Amirkabir University of Technology. The department delivers a graduate engineering program that is modern, comprehensive and practical. The department is recognized worldwide as a centre of excellence for engineering.
