Media Stream Broadcast
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The Media Stream Broadcast (MSB) protocol allows the multicast distribution of Advanced Systems Format (ASF) content over a network for which multicasting is enabled. MSB allows clients to "tune in" to a broadcast on a network, much like television and radio users can tune to a particular station. Windows Media Station (*.nsc) file is used for the session description.
