Merivälja is a subdistrict (Estonian: asum) in the district of Pirita, Tallinn, the capital of Estonia. It's located on the eastern coast of the Tallinn Bay. Merivälja has a population of 2,844 (As of 1 June 2011).[1] It is the wealthiest subdistrict of the district of Pirita. [2]
