Michajił Karčmit (February 1, 1949, Maladzyechna Raion – May 22, 2004; Belarusian: Міхаіл Карчміт, Russian: Михаил Карчмит) was the chairman of the collective agricultural enterprise "Snov" (Агрокомбинат "Снов"), located in the Niaśviž region, Minsk Province. Karčmit was awarded the title of Hero of Belarus in 2001 for "selfless work and valiant efforts in the development of agricultural production.". Karcmit died at the age of 56 due to a heart condition.
