Michael Dwaine Phillips (August 19, 1950 in Beaumont, Texas), is a veteran of professional baseball who played shortstop, second base, and third base in the majors from 1973-1983. The first-round draft choice of the San Francisco Giants in 1969, he saw action for the Giants, New York Mets, St. Louis Cardinals, San Diego Padres, and Montreal Expos.
