Mildura Digital Television is a broadcasting company formed by a joint venture between WIN Television and Prime Television. Based in Mildura, Victoria, Australia, it is a digital-only Network Ten affiliate, and began broadcasting on January 1, 2006.

The station is available only on digital television as an affiliate of Network Ten. It broadcasts on UHF channel 33. Ten HD Mildura, Channel 50, shows One HD programming from 12am until 6am every day until its launch day in August 2009.
