The Ministry of the Environment and Forests (Romanian: Ministerul Mediului şi Pădurilor) is one of the fifteen ministries of the Government of Romania. The institution was known as the Ministry of Environment and Waters Management (Romanian: Ministerul Mediului şi Gospodăririi Apelor) before April 2007.
