Misato (美郷町 Misato-chō) is a town located in Senboku District, Akita, Japan. The town was formed on November 1, 2004 from the merger of the towns of Senhata and Rokugō with the village of Sennan.
As of 2011, the merged towns and village have a total estimated population of 21,291 and a density of 126 persons per km². The total area is 167.80 km².
