Miss New York USA 2012, was held at the Purchase College Performing Arts Center in Purchase, New York on January 15, 2012. This was the first time the Miss New York USA pageant was televised. The winner would go on to represent the State of New York in Miss USA 2012.

  • There are 15 delegates whom are from Dominican ancestry. Miss Flushing, Joanne Salcedo; Miss City of Dreams, Johanna Sambucini;[3] Miss Washington Heights, Merlix Ventura Miss Riverside, Fátima Leonardo; and Miss West Babylon, Rosalie Almonte have been contestant in the Miss República Dominican US who represents the Dominican Community in the United States in Miss Dominican Republic for Miss Universe and Miss Mundo Dominicana for Miss World. Fatima Leonardo won Miss República Dominicana US 2010 and placed in the semi-finals in Miss Dominican Republic and Johanna Sambucini won Miss Mundo Domincana US 2011 and placed in the semi-finals in Miss Mundo Dominicana.
