Mission High School is a secondary school located in Mission, Texas.
Mission High School, which serves grades 9 through 12, is a part of the Mission Consolidated Independent School District.
Mission High School was, for many years, the only high school for the city of Mission. Currently, it competes in the 4-A Texas classification and is home to approximately 2,200 students. At its peak, it was home to over 4,000 students before MCISD split the Mission High School attendance zone into two, with the addition of Veterans Memorial High School.
Mission High School was not the only high school in Mission; Sharyland High School is a high school in Mission, Texas, United States. The school, which is classified as "5A" by the UIL, is a part of the Sharyland Independent School District. Sharyland High School was established in 1921.
