The Missouri attorney general election, 2012 was held on November 6, 2012, alongside the presidential election. Current Missouri Attorney General Chris Koster, a Democrat, won re-election against Republican Ed Martin.

Chris Koster won the 2008 Missouri attorney general election with 52.8% of the vote against Republican candidate Michael R. Gibbons.
