Model Management is a modeling agency based in Hamburg, Germany. Founded by Heidi Gross[1] in 1990, it has been one of the most successful German agencies since it opened its doors.[citation needed]
It covers the entire range of high fashion and top commercial models. Additional features of the agency are press and PR work as well as scouting. Model Management works with Elite Model Look where they discovered top model turned actress Diane Kruger.
Model Management has been instrumental in promoting the careers of Claudia Schiffer and Heidi Klum,[citation needed] two of the best known faces in the business. Model Managements' celebrities also include Elizabeth Hurley and Inés Sastre.
