Monegasque Princely Family

The Monegasque Princely Family consists of the extended family of the Sovereign Prince of Monaco, currently all the family descend from Louis II of Monaco. The family seat is the Prince's Palace of Monaco.

Some lists may also include Alexandre Coste and Jazmin Grace Grimaldi, the illegitimate children of Prince Albert II; and Camille Gottlieb, illegitimate daughter of Princess Stéphanie. Prince Albert has said they are not members of the Princely Family and will not be in the line of succession.

They are not in the line of succession to the Monegasque Throne, although they may be summoned by the Crown Council to ascend it if the above listed principal lines should fail:

  • Christian Louis de Massy, eldest son of Princess Antoinette, cousin of Albert II
    • Brice Gelabale de Massy (adopted), eldest son of Christian de Massy, first cousin once removed of Albert II
    • Antoine de Massy, younger son of Christian de Massy, first cousin once removed of Albert II
    • Laetizia de Massy, daughter of Christian de Massy, first cousin once removed of Albert II
  • Elisabeth-Anne de Massy, daughter of Princess Antoinette, cousin of Albert II
  • Keith Sebastian Knecht, son of the late Christine de Massy, first cousin once removed of Albert II
