Mong Kok East Station (旺角東站) is a station on Hong Kong's East Rail Line. Only out-of-system interchange is available with Kwun Tong Line and Tsuen Wan Line at Mong Kok Station via a footbridge. The station opened in 1910 as Yaumati Station (different from MTR Yau Ma Tei Station), and a new building was built in 1968 to replace the 1910 building. The location of the station was exactly the same as today's Mong Kok East Station.
The station was named Mong Kok Station (same name with the current MTR Mong Kok Station) before the takeover of KCR operations by the MTR Corporation on 2 December 2007.
