Mooroolbark is a railway station in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, located in the suburb of Mooroolbark, on the Lilydale railway line. Mooroolbark is classed as a Premium Station and is in Metcard Zone 2.

Mooroolbark is located at the eastern end of the Manchester Road level crossing, with station access from Brice Avenue and Manchester Road.

The station consists of two side platforms; Platform 1 has a large weatherboard building housing an enclosed waiting area, ticket facilities and toilets, while platform 2 has a small brick building. A large Metcard ticket vending machine is located inside the waiting area. A crossover is located at the Flinders Street end of the station, which allows some services to terminate here.

Mooroolbark station has 595 free car parking spaces.

The station marks the end of double track on the Lilydale line.

Mooroolbark station opened on 10 October 1887. Boom barriers were provided at Manchester Road in 1983.[1] It was upgraded to a Premium Station in June 2001.[2]
