The Moving America Forward Foundation (MAFF) was a 501(c)(3), formed in Oct. 2003 by Democratic New Mexico governor Bill Richardson. MAFF was dissolved in December 2008 amid news of a pay to play probe involving Governor Richardson's political action committees Moving America Forward, Inc. and Si Se Puede, Inc.
