It launched an eagerly-awaited Europe an fall concert tour beginning June 10, 2007 in London and ending with a fifth show to three years from its beginning, in January 14, 2010 in Shanghai. The emerging American R&B singer Mario opened for Kelly at select venues. The Ms. Kelly World Tour was to be Rowland's first worldwide tour. Rowland had previously headlined an exclusive European tour, Simply Deeper Tour, for her debut solo album, Simply Deep. The tour was to hit 16 city tour between October 2007 and November 2007, with a two-night stint in Las Vegas. R&B crooner Mario was scheduled as the tour's opening act for all dates. The tour experience's bad and good tickets sales in the United States and the tickets hitting good in African countries while in Europe the tour extend because of the opening ticket success at the G-A-Y Center Arena sold-out with 6,008 in attendance. It is estimated the part of the tour grossed over $6 million based on her first four concerts reported to Billboard.
