Musa River (volcano)
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
|Elevation||808 m (2,651 ft)|
|Location||New Guinea, Papua New Guinea|
Hot springs and thermal vents at Musa River have no obvious connection to recent volcanic activity. Basement rocks are metamorphic schists, and Tertiary period andesitic volcanics are found less than 1 km away.
