NCircle Entertainment is an entertainment content distributor that specializes in children's programming. NCircle is the largest independent distributor for children's non-theatrical DVD.

NCircle Entertainment is a division of Alliance Entertainment Corporation (AEC), which is the largest single source of home entertainment.

AEC and NCircle are owned by a consortium of two Los Angeles based private equity firms, The Gores Group and Platinum Equity. They were previously owned by Source Interlink. Source Interlink Companies (SORC)is a leading marketing, merchandising and fulfillment company of entertainment products including DVDs, music CDs, magazines, books and related items. With an annual run rate revenue in excess of $3 billion, Source Interlink serves about 110,000 retail store locations throughout North America. Supply chain relationships include movie studios, record labels, magazine and newspaper publishers, confectionary companies and manufacturers of general merchandise.

NCircle was founded in 2006. The company is based in Dallas, Texas, and was founded by industry veteran Debbie Ries, who grew the company to the #1 independent distributor for children's DVD, according to VideoScan 2013. Ms. Ries left NCircle at the end of March 2014 and joined the PBS Distribution team as Managing Director, PBS Kids Distribution. Before NCircle, Ms. Ries was instrumental in the launch and success of Barney the Dinosaur from inception in the 1980s until 2006, and was a senior executive and board member at HIT Entertainment until 2006. She was also instrumental in the success of many popular children's brands including Barney, The Wiggles, Bob the Builder, Veggie Tales and more. Debbie left Hit in 2006 and launched NCircle Entertainment that same year.

NCircle Entertainment has acquired content from several studios. Content includes The Wiggles, a children's group from Sydney, Australia, Other notable content includes WordWorld, pre-literacy series for preschoolers which airs daily on the national PBS feed, The Octonauts, which airs the Disney Channel, Sid the Science Kid by the Jim Henson Company, Pocoyo and Mike the Knight and Dino Dan, all Nick Jr. shows, select DIC Entertainment catalog titles (Super Mario Bros., Sonic The Hedgehog, The Legend of Zelda, etc.), Mighty Machines, and The Cat in the Hat Knows a Lot About That!, which airs daily on PBS Kids, Jim Henson's Pajanimals and much more.
