NRK P2 is one of three nation-wide analogue radio channels operated by the Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation (NRK). It was established as NRK's second radio channel in 1984, and focuses on culture and current affairs – news, debate, analysis, science, society.[1]

In 1999 its employees were collectively awarded the Fritt Ord Award.[2]
