NTT Europe announced on January 17, 2011 that it will merge NTT Europe Online, its managed hosting subsidiary, into the company as another step towards becoming an ICT service provider. The merger of NTT Europe and NTT Europe Online is in line with the NTT Communications Group’s strategy to accelerate international growth and become a true ICT solution provider.

NTT Europe provides ICT infrastructure, including a Global Tier 1 Internet backbone, secure private networks, data centre services, IT managed services and system integration for many types of business connected to the Internet.

NTT Europe is a wholly owned company of NTT Communications and is responsible for business in the EMEA market. In January 2011 NTT Europe announced the merger of NTT Europe Online, its managed hosting subsidiary which was previously Verio Europe.

The company holds accreditations ISO27001 for Information Security Management to ensure it has its own externally audited Business Continuity Plan, ISO/IEC 20000 - IT Service Management, Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS). It is a Microsoft Gold Standard Partner and employs Prince II Project Management and ITIL Best Practices throughout its operations.

NTT Europe has data centres in London, Paris, Amsterdam, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt and Madrid. It acts as an incubation partner for Microsoft’s Software as a Service programme in Europe and is an Oracle On Demand partner.
