New York State Route 118 (NY 118) is a 10.71-mile (17.24 km) long state highway almost entirely within Westchester County, New York, with a small portion entering Putnam County at its northern terminus.

NY 118 begins at NY 100 north of Croton Lake in the town of Yorktown. It passes by the hamlet of Yorktown Heights just before joining with NY 35 and US 202, forming a three-way concurrency. The route then crosses into the hamlet of Amawalk in the town of Somers, where NY 35 splits off continuing east. US 202/NY 118 continue north along the western edge of the Amawalk Reservoir. US 202 then splits off eastward while NY 118 continues northward crossing into Putnam County. The route ends at US 6 in the hamlet of Mahopac in Putnam County after 0.23 miles (0.37 km).
