Nakasuk School is one of 4 elementary schools in Iqaluit, Nunavut.
The school design is distinctive, consisting of a two storey fibreglass ice block. The building has no windows.
The school is named after Nakasuk, the founder of Iqaluit, and is located near Inuksuk High School.
In 2008 the Nakasuk school community produced a music CD "Songs from the Children of Nunavut", published through Leopard Frog Studio in Kingston ON. The album includes contributions by the Nakasuk School Choir, in English, French and Inuktitut.[1]
