Nancy Randall is an American beauty queen of Brazilian descent who represented the United States at Miss World 2004. She won the Beach Beauty award and placed 2nd runner-up. Randall has Brazilian ancestry and was previously Miss Cidade do Rio de Janeiro 2004. [1] She was 1st runner-up to Miss Earth United States 2006 and was awarded the title United States Miss Air.[2]
