Natalia Ayesha Grosvenor, Duchess of Westminster (née Phillips; born 8 May 1959) is the wife of Gerald Grosvenor, 6th Duke of Westminster.

The Duchess of Westminster is the younger daughter of Lt.-Col. Harold Pedro Joseph Phillips F.R.G.S.[1] and his wife, Georgina Wernher.

Her mother Georgina is a daughter of Anastasia Mikhailovna de Torby, Countess de Torby.[2]

Natalia is the youngest sister of Alexandra, Duchess of Abercorn and Marita Crawley.

In 1987, Natalia Phillips married Gerald Cavendish Grosvenor, 6th Duke of Westminster.

Natalia Phillips gained the title of Duchess of Westminster through marriage to Gerald Grosvenor, 6th Duke of Westminster, the Grosvenor family being the hereditary holders of the Dukedom. The previous holder of the title was Viola, wife of Robert Grosvenor, 5th Duke of Westminster.

As Duchess of Westminster, she has presided over remodelling the family home Eaton Hall, as well as being closely involved in the redesign of its formal gardens and park, and taking an interest in the family's fine art collection. [5]

The Duchess is a director of Alex Moulton Bicycles.

She is patron of a number of charities based in the north west, near the family home in Cheshire, including:

From October 1997 to October 2007, she was Patron of the Chester Childbirth Appeal.[8]

She is godmother to Prince William of Wales.
