National Highway A2 is a major highway route in Queensland, Australia. The route consists of three highways, the Barkly Highway, Landsborough Highway and Warrego Highway. The route was resigned from to A2 in the early 2000s. It was the first regional route in Queensland to have alphanumeric numbering, and the second across the state, after the Pacific Motorway, M1.

The route is part of the Australian National Highways scheme, despite route markers not displaying this. It is the quickest and most direct route between Brisbane and Darwin. The highway is currently part of the Auslink scheme.
