Navy SEALS is a 1990 run and gun video game developed and published by Ocean. It is based on the movie of the same name. The game loosely follows the plot of the movie and consists of 5 side scrolling levels. The player takes the role of Lt. Dale Hawkins progressing through each level armed with a handgun. The Game Boy Version of Navy SEALS was one of the very few games on the original Game Boy to Receive an M rating by the ESRB.[1]

Reception[edit]

The Game Boy Version of Navy SEALS received generally good reviews. Joypad reviewed the game in October 1991 and gave the game an 84 out of 100, stating the game was a little repetitive, but with lots of action.[2]
