Nehomar Cermeño (born November 17, 1979 in Barcelona, Anzoátegui) is a bantamweight boxer from Venezuela. Cermeno represented his native country at the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney, Australia.

Cermeno turned professional on November 13, 2004. In 2009, he scored a major upset by defeating Cristian Mijares and later beat Mijares in a rematch. In 2010 Cermeno lost to Anselmo Moreno and lost again in a rematch.
