Neil Fitzwiliam is an English actor who has made several appearances in theatre, film and television productions.
Credits include the first stage production of the musical, Cats, and a part as a dancer in the film, The Slipper and the Rose. His most notable role was as Frank Weisel in the BBC situation comedy, Yes Minister.
