Néstor Oswaldo Mora Zárate (September 20, 1963 in Bogotá – February 20, 1995 in Manizales) was a racing cyclist from Colombia, who represented his native country in the men's individual road race at the 1984 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles. He was a professional from 1985 to 1995, claiming three victories in that period. He died in 1995 when he was hit by a truck while training.
