Neten Dorji currently works as Executive Producer with the Bhutan Broadcasting Service Corporation (BBS). He is Bhutan's first sound engineer.[1] He has several music albums to his credits.
Traditional (rigsar) Bhutanese music has been in a decline as rapid socio-economic development in the country has brought more expensive Western music to the fore. Dorji has used the modernized sound lab at BBS to record, preserve, and promote traditional music.
