Neveh Shalom is a synagogue affiliated with Conservative Judaism,[1] located in Portland, Oregon, United States.[2][3] It was founded in 1961, and currently has a congregation of over 1000 households.[4]

Neveh Shalom was formed by the merger of two existing Conservative congregations in 1961. One of those original synagogues (Ahavai Shalom) was founded in 1869 and the other (Neveh Zedek) in 1895.[5] It is the second oldest Jewish congregation in the Pacific Northwest and the oldest Conservative congregation on the West Coast.[6]
