Timsah Arena is a stadium that is currently under construction in Bursa, Turkey. It is expected to open to public in 2014 and will have a capacity of 45.000 spectators. It will be the new home of Bursaspor of the Süper Lig.[1] It will replace the club's current home, Bursa Atatürk Stadium.

Construction Details[edit]

Building on a 4374 square meter land, the 45.000 capacity stadium will have 2 basement floors and 1 platform floor, It is being built to meet the UEFA's and FIFA's criteria so that it can be included in European or Worldwide competitions. There will be 70 suites and 84 entrances to the stadium. There will be capacity of 207 for the handicapped people. The car park will have a space for 1551 cars and 256 buses.[2]

What is unique about this stadium's coverings, when looked from the outside, will have a crocodile face.[3]
