New Square Chambers is one of the leading commercial chancery sets in London. Based in Lincoln's Inn, it has 46 members of whom 7 are Queen's Counsel. Its head of chambers is Robin Hollington QC.[1]

In addition to New Square Chambers' experience of advocacy before all levels of tribunal in England and Wales from the Leasehold Valuation Tribunal to the Supreme Court of the United Kingdom, they offer clients the benefit of the experience they have built up over many years in other common law jurisdictions; and in appeals to the Privy Council from some of those jurisdictions including:

Antigua, the Bahamas, Bermuda, Botswana, the British Virgin Islands, the Cayman Islands, Gibraltar, Guernsey, Hong Kong, the Isle of Man, Jersey, Singapore, Dubai International Financial Centre Courts and New South Wales

All of New Square Chambers' barristers are members of the Chancery Bar Association. Some are also members of the Commercial Bar Association, the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists, the Revenue Bar Association, the Property Bar Association, the Professional Negligence Bar Association, the Intellectual Property Bar Association the Constitutional and Administrative Law Bar Association, the Parliamentary Bar Association and the Bar Pro Bono Unit.[2]
