The New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation (NYS OPRHP) is a state agency charged with the operation of 214 state parks and historic sites within the U.S. state of New York. As of 2013, the OPRHP manages nearly 335,000 acres (136,000 ha) of public lands and facilities that are visited by approximately 60 million visitors each year.[2]

Among OPRHP's properties is Niagara Falls State Park, the first state park established in the United States.[2]
