Newbury is an estate in the City of Blacktown, in the state of New South Wales, Australia. Located in the suburb of Stanhope Gardens, with parts of the estate are located under the suburb of Kellyville Ridge.

It features tennis courts, clubhouses and the dual premiership winning Newbury Bulls soccer team.

Newbury Estate, opened by the Minister for Planning, Dr. Andrew Refshauge in May 2002.
