News Digital Media is the digital division of News Limited, the Australian section of News Corporation. Its is one of Australia's largest and most innovative digital media networks.

Founded in 1996, News Digital Media was previously known as News Interactive, before its relauch in November 2006. The business is headquartered in Sydney with offices in Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth.

news.com.au – news.com.au is News Digital Media’s flagship brand. It is only one of two news websites in the world whose homepage the user can customise (the other being bbc.co.uk/news

truelocal.com.au - truelocal.com.au is an online business directory which generates over 5.4 million searches per month. Businesses are also listed free on Yahoo!7 Local Search, Navman, Optus, Vodafone, 3, Virgin Mobile, Virgin Broadband and across the News Digital Media network. Businesses can upload images & logos, advertisements, coupons and video to compliment basic contact details and location map.

CareerOne.com.au – CareerOne.com, one of Australia’s leading digital employment brands, is a 50/50 joint venture between News Limited and Monster.com. The site features over 100,000 job listings as well as career information and advice. CareerOne branding is used in News Limited’s newspaper employment sections.

carsguide.com.au – carsguide.com.au is one of Australia’s leading national digital automotive brands. The website features comprehensive news and reviews from Australia's leading motoring experts. The carsguide branding is used in News Limited’s newspaper automotive sections. Carsguide.com.au is also available on mobile phone with carsguide.mobi Sponsors of the 2006, 2007 and 2008 Australian International Motor Show at the Sydney Convention and Exhibition Centre. Carsguide hold an annual car awards with categories: carsguide car of the year, carsguide best green car and the carsguide people's choice, where the public vote for their favourite car of the year finalist.

moshtix.com.au– moshtix began in 2002 as a start up online ticketing company, servicing some of Sydney's smaller venues. moshtix quickly gained a reputation for delivering an efficient innovative ticketing service with an emphasis on value for the promoter and the ticket buyer through low booking fees. With the development of the moshcard, moshtix introduced Australia's first paperless ticketing system. 2007 saw the development of the barcoded PDF ticket, delivered by email to ticket buyers. This advance has seen moshtix expand rapidly into ticketing almost every major music festival in the country. moshtix has also expanded beyond just music events, ticketing film, comedy, conferences and more. moshtix was acquired by News Digital Media in 2007.

Learning Seat– Learning Seat is the leading Australian supplier of online learning centres for corporate and government entities. Established in 2000 Learning Seat has a suite of over 400 online training modules and currently supports over 240,000 users across Australia and internationally, growing at around 7,000 new users per month. Learning Seat was acquired by News Limited in August 2006.
