Nguyen Ba Can

Nguyễn Bá Cẩn (1930 - May 20, 2009) was Prime Minister of South Vietnam from April 4, 1975, until April 24, 1975, serving under Presidents Nguyễn Văn Thiệu (until April 21) and Trần Văn Hương.[1]
