Nguyen Ba Can

In this Vietnamese name, the family name is Nguyen. According to Vietnamese custom, this person should properly be referred to by the given name Can.
Nguyễn Bá Cẩn (1930 - May 20, 2009) was Prime Minister of South Vietnam from April 4, 1975, until April 24, 1975, serving under Presidents Nguyễn Văn Thiệu (until April 21) and Trần Văn Hương.[1]
