Nicholas Orem Middle School is a public middle school located in Hyattsville, Maryland in Prince George's County. It is part of the Prince George's County Public Schools system. Six elementary schools feed into it and graduates go on to either Northwestern High School or High Point High School.

In 2007, enrollment by ethnicity was 60% Hispanic, 37 % African-American/Black, 2.5% Asian and 0.5% Caucasian. There were 95 sixth, 326 seventh and 343 eighth graders enrolled. Approximately 19% of the students are in the English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) program and nearly 10% of the students receive some form of direct special education services.
