Nick Bollettieri Tennis Academy

The Nick Bollettieri Tennis Academy (NBTA) is located in Bradenton, Florida, and was founded in 1978 by Nick Bollettieri as a full-time tennis boarding school that combines intensive tennis training with an academic curriculum.

The NBTA utilizes 35 hard courts, 16 clay courts (one red clay court), and four indoor courts. [1] The NBTA stresses discipline, responsibility, and effort and aims to develop its students on and off the court.

In 1987, 32 NBTA students or former students were in the Wimbledon draw, and 27 in the US Open.
