Nickelodeon ( Russia and CIS) is a children's channel broadcasting in the CIS countries, Russia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Hungary, Serbia, Estonia, Georgia, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Malta, Maldives, Kazakhstan and Ukraine, that was launched on November 15, 1998. The channel is broadcast in Russian language and English Both soundtracks are available.
The High-Definition simulcast started broadcasting on October 4, 2011, becoming the first kids channel throughout the CIS countries to broadcast in HD.
