No Really, I'm Fine is the fourth full-length album, and sixth release from Sioux Falls, South Dakota emo band The Spill Canvas. Its title was announced on July 26, 2007. It currently has a rating of 3.4 "Great" on sputnikmusic.[2] The single "All Over You" received significant air play throughout the Midwest area surrounding Sioux Falls, as did Saved.
