North Carolina Highway 610 is a primary state highway in the U.S. state of North Carolina. It connects the city of High Point with Interstate 85, bypassing Archdale.

Spanning 2.1 miles (3.4 km) in the city of High Point as Fairfield Road, NC 610 connects Main Street at its west terminus to NC 62 at its east terminus. The route is one of the shortest in the state and was created in 1930 as a spur of NC 62, which was then signed as NC 61. The route provides a shortcut between U.S. Highway 311 and Interstate 85 (exit 113).
