The Northwest Region Music Festival is an annual music festival for secondary school students in a northwestern region of Arizona, United States. It is organized by the Arizona Music Educators Association.

The following is a partial list of past, present, and future festivals.
- 2004 Northwest Region Music Festival: 12 February 2004 – 14 February 2004
- This event took place in Bullhead City, Arizona at Mohave High School. According to the program for the 14:00 concert on 14 February 2004, David Perry conducted the Regional Honor Choir, which performed works by Martini, Knut Nystedt, John Williams, Marais, and Young. Art Sheinberg conducted the Regional Honor Orchestra, which performed works by Georg Friedrich Händel, J Massenet, and Jack Bullock. Nola Jones conducted the Regional Honor Band, which prepared (but may not have publicly performed all of) some works by Joseph Olivadoti, Jacob de Haan, Jan Van der Roost, Gustav Holst, Fred M Hubbell, and Thomas S Allen.
